General Questions
- Ask a Question - To obtain answers to general questions about attending Emerald Bay, Camp Whitsett, Rugged Adventurers, or Sierra Expeditions, please complete this online survey. The camping department will respond as soon as possible.
- Answers to Frequently asked Questions:
- WLACC camps are able to accommodate all reservation requests each summer. While some weeks do reach capacity, units which are flexible will be accommodated.
- BSA units may obtain a reservation for any WLACC summer camp. Prior attendance is not required. Units are assigned to sessions in the following order: 1) WLACC Units 2) Units which attended a WLACC camp the prior year 3) All Other Units
- Financial aid is available to WLACC scouts who require assistance. To obtain an application, please contact the camping department at (818) 933-0130 or camping@bsa-la.org

Online Payment Information
- Online payments are being handled through Doubleknot, Inc on behalf of WLACC
- Please pay online using a check in order to receive a receipt and ensure accurate recording of payment
- Choose the LEFT payment option to pay by check
- Enter the check information as requested
- The Routing number and Account number can be found on the check; Doubleknot's data entry boxes have symbols next to them which correspond to the matching numbers at the bottom a check.
- Credit Cards are not offered as a payment option
- You MUST click on the "Purchase" button in order to completely update your reservation (including when paying offline)
Make Additional Payments
(or change your reservation BEFORE the first per camper payment is due)
- Request a Password - AFTER making a reservation, you should request a password by submitting the email address that was used to create your reservation.
- Log into Doubleknot - Once you have a password, log on to make additional payments, make changes your reservation before the first payment due date, or add additional reservations for our other programs using the same Doubleknot Member ID.
Change your Reservation
(AFTER the first per camper payment is due)
- Reservation Change Requests (personal information, number of participants, general updates, etc) - AFTER the first payment due date, changes to an existing reservation may be requested by completing this online survey. The camping department will respond to your request as soon as possible.
