- Promote, extend and strengthen Scouting
under Jewish auspices
- Achieve an increase in units and youth
membership
- Strengthen the credibility of Scouting
in the Jewish community
- Achieve a strong and viable religious
emblems program
- Provide chaplain services for council
summer camps, camporees and other appropriate
occasions
- Assist Jewish Scouts and Scouters in
broadening a child's Jewish education
- Promote Scout Shabbatot
- Sponsor Kinnusim
- Provide Jewish relationship resources
for marketing and program literature for
council units
- Provide a program of leadership training
for both students and adult leaders
- Provide financial assistance for Scout
programs
