Matching Gifts & Volunteer Grant Program

Double your donation!  Below is a partial list of employers in our region that offer gift match programs. If you do not see your employer listed, please check with your HR or benefits department to ascertain if your company offers such a program.

Another unique and important component of local corporate giving is a Volunteer Grant  Program. For example, the Boeing Corporation has such a program. For every hour an employee volunteers for non-profits  Boeing contributes $10.00 to the Scouting. If an Assistant Scoutmaster (and Boeing employee) recorded  that they volunteered 40 hours in one quarter with Scouting, Boeing would provide a check for $400 to Scouting.

Adding up all the Boeing employees in the Council that volunteer with Scouting as ACMs, Cubmasters, parent volunteers and more can result in significant and needed funds for the programming you support…and this is just one company that assists organizations such as Scouting!
